Developing INFRAM Delivery Best Practices

Thank you, Pari, for your outstanding work in bringing together many elements of the Infram delivery most notably for the Welsh NHS Trusts. Your expertise in developing a new best practice for collating workshop and interview data into a cohesive framework has made HIMSS assessments much more efficient. This contribution has been so valued that teams globally have taken notice, with the US Healthcare team even adopting your framework to enhance their own processes. You have also gone above and beyond by stepping into a co-lead role for Infram engagements across the UK. Even with senior team members on annual leave, you confidently led the customers' Steering Group meeting and provided the reassurances they needed that CX is ready to deliver consulting engagements, despite delays on their side in project start dates. Thank you for stepping up in this consulting engagement-not only as a Business Analyst, but also as a change-agent, driving workshops and introducing new ways of working. Your dedication and energy are truly appreciated by all of those around you.

Pari played a huge role in getting the Post Deployment Survey over the line in record short time. Hugely inquisitive, personable and a pleasure to work with. Self sufficient delivering top quality work and kept pushing in a physically demanding role. We couldn't have done it without her and wouldn't want to. I had the pleasure of managing Pari as she started off here at Cisco. Pari is a talented professional who naturally connects cross-functional teams and inspires confidence. She’s a quick learner who took almost no time between joining and adding value, even though much of her work on the team included complex and multi-functional project management. Pari graduated from Cisco’s apprentice scheme with flying colours, demonstrating her dedication, intelligence, and ability to quickly grasp complex concepts. Pari's transition from an apprentice to a Business Analyst was seamless, and she has since excelled in every project she has undertaken working on customer engagements and cross functional internal initiatives.

Pari has incredible analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. Using her advanced IT skills such as python, she is able break down complex data and present actionable insights that drive informed decision-making. Her problem-solving abilities are second to none, and she consistently bring ideas and innovative solutions to the table.
